Representative Angela Stiens is a Republican legislator serving in the Kansas State Legislature. She represents District 39.

Before her legislative service, Angela was a member of the Shawnee City Council. She was chosen by Republican precinct committee leaders to serve out the term of retiring state Rep. Owen Donohoe. This decision was made unanimously at a meeting held at the Johnson County Republican Party headquarters in Overland Park.
